It is sure to bring you peace; and some say prosperity.Steppe Tea: A requested blend! This thick, creamy tea is similar in texture to a hot chocolate, without being quite so sweet. Many tribes drink this tea before the Naadam, as it is thought to both relax tense muscles while invigorating the mind, giving the warrior further clarity on the battlefield.Rooibos Tea: Said to enhance beauty, the benefits of this tea cannot be denied. It aids in digestion and weight loss; regular drinkers may find themselves with a slimmer physique. Additionally, they may find they have clearer skin and be less prone to frizzy hair. Further studies have shown that this tea also bolsters the bones and heart, leading to a longer life.Doman Tea: This tea is rumored to assist in relieving those winter time aches and pains.
